We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you decide that you do not want your item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, so that we can arrange for an exchange or return. We will supply you with an RMA number for the return.  You will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and cost for return shipping.

All sales on clearance items and light bulbs are final. Items that have been used, installed or modified will not be accepted. We accept returns only on saleable items in perfect condition and in the original package.

Custom orders may not be returned unless they have an operational or manufacturer design defect.

The returned item must be received by us within 14 days of receipt of return authorization. The refund for the returned item will be made upon receipt and inspection to the same credit card that was used for the purchase less original shipping charges. If we determine that the item has been installed or used, credit will not be issued and the item may be returned to you at your expense.

Returning an Item

Please write the RMA number down on the returns form and include it with your shipment. If possible, also include a copy of your e-mailed invoice as a reference of your purchase. Please pack the item in its original box along with all of the the parts. Pack the carton well and with sufficient packing material to make sure the carton will arrive safely and not become damaged during shipment.

You must ship products to Fillmore Electric Supply either by FedEx or UPS ground and please make note of the tracking number. If you are unable to track or prove that a shipment was delivered back to us; credit may not be issued. We recommend insuring any shipment as damage does occur even with well packed cartons. We will not be responsible for goods delivered to our facility damaged. If you prefer to ship via U.S.P.S. insurance and delivery confirmation are also highly recommended.
