Orders that are oversized and need to ship via truck freight may incur additional freight charges.
We ship to Alaska and Puerto Rico via USPS, but please 2 weeks for delivery.
Delivery to a shipping address must be to a physical street address and not a PO Box or an APO/FPO address. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped simultaneously and may result in partial shipments. If an item is back ordered, we will notify you by telephone or e-mail with an estimated delivery date and ship goods that are available.
Typical delivery schedules for most orders are 7-10 business days. If you need something sooner than this estimated time frame please contact us and we will make arrangements for expedited delivery. Additional charges will apply for any rushed orders.

Motor Freight
Products that exceed the size limitations of UPS will be shipped via truck freight. Freight shipments are only available to residents of the lower 48 states and will be delivered 'curbside' which means that you will be responsible for removing it from the truck with the aide of the driver.
Damaged Shipment
If your item has been damaged in shipment we will repair or replace that item at no cost to you. Please contact our customer service department within 48 hours to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Items without an RMA number will be returned to the customer and will not be processed. Please visit our Return Policy for further details.
If you receive a truck shipment that appears damaged, you must follow either of these rules to ensure a proper claim.
In some cases, large truck shipments may look damaged or the carton may not be in the best condition, but often times the contents inside are fine. As long as it is indicated on the shipment receipt that the carton appears damaged and you have made a note of it, we will be able to file a claim with the freight company if the carton contents are damaged upon closer inspection.
Broken Glass
We do not consider an item with broken glass to be a damaged product. Please contact our customer service department by telephone or e-mail within 48 hours of receipt and we will ship you a replacement glass at no charge to you.
Wrong Item Shipped
In the unlikely event that you are accidentally shipped something that is incorrect, please contact us. We will do our best to expedite the correct item to you as quickly as possible and explain the procedure in order to pick up the wrong item from you.
